Enjoy picturesque Vaxholm and the surrounding area
Visit idyllic Vaxholm with its rich history stretching back to 1558. This excursion takes approximately 45 minutes onboard our classic Chris Craft from Stockholm’s inner city.
Vaxholm is a great stop for dinner, perhaps followed by a walk to visit the old fishing cottages and houses from the turn of the century, hotels, restaurants, and shops.
The trip can also be planned as a shorter day trip.

Vaxholm is located at Lat:N59°24’16’’ Long:E18°19’55’’.
This cruise from Stockholm’s inner city will go through the inner archipelago and stop at Vaxholm.
Maximum number of participants is 5, optimal number of participants is 4.
The afternoon trip will start at approximately 15.00 and we will return to Stockholm at around 21.00.
All adult participants must possess basic swimming skills.

Safety on board and enjoying your trip to the full is a cornerstone for us at PicBoats. Being out at sea in inclement weather is neither pleasant nor desirable – and why we will always provide you with final confirmation of your trip when the weather forecast gives you the best opportunity to fully enjoy your cruise. This is normally 0 to 48 hours before departure.
PicBoats’ skipper will be in contact with you prior to your excursion.
If the weather looks to be at the limit of being acceptable, please make sure you have a backup plan for your day in Stockholm. If time permits, the trip will either be rescheduled, or you will be given a full refund of your prepayment.
Before the trip
PicBoats’ boat is equipped with life jackets for all passengers. The boat is a day cruiser, so make sure you bring warm clothing especially for afternoon and evening trips.
Please be aware that the vessel is equipped with a portable toilet and space for privacy is limited.
